Billing & Insurance
- Most Insurances are accepted including TennCare
- We file your insurance as a courtesy to you
- Co-pays are expected at the time of the visit
- Any amount not covered by insurance or any deductible is the patient's responsibility and will be billed to the patient
- Contact our office for payment plans if unable to pay bill in full
Statements are mailed once every four weeks.
Payment in full is expected prior to the Payment Due By date located on the front of the statement. Mid-South Convenient Care, PLLC provides many payment options.
In addition to cash or personal check, Mid-south Convenient Care, PLLC accepts MasterCard,Visa, Discover and American Express by phone, and by mail.
