Dr. Jain is Board Certified in Family Medicine with the America Board of Family Medicine (ABFM). She graduated from medical school in India in 2001 and completed residency in Family Medicine in 2006 from the University of Tennessee Family Practice Program with Jackson Madison County General Hospital. She is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) and American Society of Bariatric Physicians (ASBP).

Dr. Jain's special interests include pediatrics, women's health, hormonal therapy and bariatrics (weight management).

She is the proud mother of two kids, Sachi and Aadi. She is married to Dr. Sriv and has lived in Dyersburg for more than 10 years.
